Jodie Cooper is the Practice Manager and Receptionist for Psychology Outcomes. The great cup of tea that you have on arrival? That was her idea. Providing easier ways to get an appointment? That was her idea. She is passionate about providing a positive impact to peoples lives. She provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for all clients so they know they are welcome in our space. Under her lead we have had more success in scientific-matching of clients to the most effective Psychologists than we ever have before. She is always thinking about how we can provide the best possible client journey. She will be seen at our clinic answering questions to provide clarity or simply having banter with the clients after coming into the clinic out of the heat in Summer.
